Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier delays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in the UAE. You can pay the delivery driver in cash when your order arrives.

Please make sure the phone number and delivery address provided at checkout are correct so our delivery team can contact you.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your building/villa number, area, emirate, and a valid phone number. ArabDeal is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier may contact you by phone before or during delivery. If you are unavailable, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier's policy.

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, high order volumes, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
